1. INTRODUCTION

We make a great deal of effort to express actual design and colors of products so that customers can see accurate colors before making a purchase. On the other hand, due to diverse reasons customers may see different colors and designs may vary due to manufacturing and we cannot guarantee this unaccuracy. Becasue we continually update our sites on regular basis, we will send you emails when we think you need to notice updated contents.

2. MEMBER PRIVILEGE

At DivaDeva.com, registered members can enjoy exclusive advantages over non members. However, nonmembers can still shop at DivaDeva.com even though those advantages for members are not available.

3. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

At DivaDeva.com, registered members can cancel their membership anytime by sending email to us. On the other hand, since we make an exclusive offer when a new member shop first time, we do not permit those, who cancel memberships, to register again within 6 months from cancellation of membership, and owning multiple memberships is prohibited. Any member having more than one member id and passowrd will lose member privilege without notice.

4. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

To open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the Registration Form including a password and user ID. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify DivaDeva.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. MEMBER PRIVACY

It is DivaDeva.com's policy to respect the privacy of its members. DivaDeva.com will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your use of the Service, including its contents, without your prior permission unless DivaDeva.com has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to : (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of DivaDeva.com, or (3) act to protect the interests of its members or others.

You agree that DivaDeva.com may access your account, including its contents, as stated above or to respond to service or technical issues.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE, MEMBER POLICIES

DivaDeva.com reserves the right to change the policies regarding the use of the Service at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms of service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return any merchandise you are not satisfied with within 14 days from the time you receive it only if the products are in the original condition and packaging. To return items, please contact us for a return request form before sending items to us.

7. GENERAL

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the United States of America. Use of the Service is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions.
